Bearing packaging summary: Bearing packaging is divided into inner packaging, outer packaging, bearing manufacturing, inspection, cleaning and anti-rust treatment. After being put into packaging, it can achieve the purpose of waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof and impact maintenance, accurate bearing quality, convenient use and sales. Bearing anti-rust packaging is divided into anti-rust packaging and anti-rust packaging. It is suitable for large-volume shipments, the same subscribers, and short-term use of bearings. The principle of ease of use is simple packaging. 2002: Machine tools, accession to the WTO is both a challenge and an opportunity. Experts pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the research and development of CNC machine tools in my country and accelerate the development of general CNC machine tools, which is the development trend of cutting technology and CNC machine tools.

Bearing packaging includes inner packaging and outer packaging.

After the bearing is manufactured and inspected, it should be cleaned and rust-proof, and then packed into the inner package to achieve the purpose of waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, impact-proof, maintenance of bearing quality and accuracy, and convenient use and sales.

The inner packaging of the bearing is divided into three categories according to the anti-rust period:

①Short anti-rust period for packaging: The anti-rust period is 3-6 months. It is suitable for bearings shipped in batches by the same user and put into use in a short time. By mutual agreement, based on the principle of ease of use, simple packaging is adopted.

② General anti-rust period packaging: anti-rust period of one year, suitable for general-purpose bearings.

③ Long rust-proof period packaging: two-year rust-proof period, suitable for special precision bearings.

Load-bearing inner packaging materials include polyethylene plastic tubes (boxes), kraft paper, flat-wrinkled polyethylene composite paper, cartons, polyethylene or polyethylene plastic films, nylon tie tapes or plastic woven tie tapes, waterproof high-strength plastic tapes, Sacks, etc., the above materials should pass the corrosion resistance test.

The principle requirements of the bearing inner packaging method:

① Miniature bearings: Every 10-15 sets of bearings are equipped with a plastic cylinder, and every 5-10 plastic cylinders are equipped with a carton (or paper bag or paper roll).

② Small and medium-sized bearings: multiple sets of bearings are wrapped with polyethylene film, and wrapped with kraft paper or polyethylene composite paper; multiple sets of bearings are packed into plastic cylinders (boxes); single sets of bearings are packed in polyethylene film bags, folded or sealed before packing inside the carton.

③ Large bearing: polyethylene film or polyethylene composite paper is packed in a single set and put into a carton; a single set of the bag mouth is folded and put into a carton; a single set is placed in a special plastic box; a single set is packaged in three layers: for the inner layer Polyethylene film tape or composite packaging paper tape, the middle layer is bound with a fastening tape, and the outer layer is bound with a waterproof and breathable plastic tape.

④ Oversized bearing: single-layer three-layer packaging (same as above); single-layer four-layer packaging: after the above three-layer packaging, the outermost layer is wrapped with a layer of linen tape.

For separable tapered roller bearings with outer diameter ≥150mm, the inner and outer parts should be padded with polyethylene film before packaging, or the inner and outer parts should be packaged separately. For interchangeable cylindrical roller bearings with outer diameter ≥150mm, the inner and outer parts can be packaged separately because the package is easily damaged.

The general materials and requirements for the outer packaging of the bearing are as follows:

① Double corrugated boxes, the total weight (gross weight) of each box should not exceed 25kg, and the outside of the box should be bundled with plastic packaging tape;

②Pegboard boxes (wooden boxes), the total weight of each box does not exceed 30kg, and the outside of the box is bound with blue steel belts;

③Calcium-plastic corrugated boxes, the total weight of each box should not exceed 25kg, and they like to be bundled with plastic packaging tapes.

When the inner packaged bearing products are put into the box, plastic bags or plastic films should be placed in the box first; if there are gaps in the box, they should be filled with dry materials such as corrugated cardboard and paper scraps.
